SERVICE OF SUMMONS & COMPLAINTS

First Defendant $22.00 + $2.00 (return) = $24.00 plus mileage
Second Defendant $20.00 plus mileage
Third and additional $16.00 plus mileage

Out of State Service - First Defendant $25.00 + $2.00 (return) = $27.00 plus mileage
Out of State - Second Defendant $20.00 plus mileage
Out of State - Third and additional $16.00 each, plus mileage
Notary Fee $5.00

SERVICE OF WRITS

Capias ad respondendum       $48.00 + $2.00 (return) = $50.00 plus mileage
Capias ad satisfaciendum    $48.00 + $2.00 (return) = $50.00 plus mileage
Warrant of commitment    $48.00 + $2.00 (return) = $50.00 plus mileage
Writ of ne exeat    $48.00 + $2.00 (return) = $50.00 plus mileage
Writ of dequestration    $48.00 + $2.00 (return) = $50.00 plus mileage
Writ of replevin    $48.00 + $2.00 (return) = $50.00 plus mileage
